What to expect
when you work with us
INITIAL CONSULTATION CALL
Once we have our initial consultation call we send you our branding questionnaire. This helps us understand you and your company, the service or product you offer and what your goals are and who your ideal client is.
design phase
After reviewing your completed branding questionnaire, we will create a design board to ensure we understand your vision of your website. This will include inspiration images, a color scheme and suggested fonts.
Content Creation
We will send you an outline of each page’s content, optimize the images that will be used on your site and begin writing and refining the copy. We will use dropbox to collect images from you and to share the page and copy outlines.
Design Review
You will have the opportunity to review and make two rounds of revisions before we launch your new beautiful website!
Your Site is launched!
Your site is launched and we schedule a video call with you to walk you through the back end of your site. We are happy to make updates for you when needed but we will teach you how to do this yourself so you don’t have to rely on anyone else to make minor tweaks to your site!

We will keep you on schedule & remind you of each step along the way!
Ongoing Support
We also offer ongoing support on an hourly basis.
If you don't have the time to update your site we can do it for you!
